The walk
From Santiago de Compostela to... the End of the Earth. Cape Finisterre, where, according to legend, the body of the apostle James miraculously arrived in a boat before being buried by a few faithful in Compostela. Finisterre, according to some, has been an ancestral pilgrimage destination since well before Christianity, and has since become a major pilgrimage site... In the Middle Ages, pilgrims would arrive at these sites, reputed to be magical and sacred since antiquity, and collect its shells...
For us, it's the continuation of the journey to the thrill of finally reaching the end of the Way, the Ocean. It's also an opportunity to get to know Galicia in depth, its green landscapes, its hamlets and the warm welcome of its inhabitants.
