La Pèlerine, a company registered in the trade and companies register of Puy en Velay (43) under number 439 482 233 00020 and whose head office is in Saugues, a French tour operator and travel agency specializing in hiking in most countries of the world, wishes to inform you of the measures implemented to protect your personal data and your privacy in accordance with the legislation in force and more particularly with the provisions of the law of January 6, 1978 known as "Informatique et Libertés" as amended, of European Regulation 2016/679 as well as the recommendations emanating from the CNIL (hereinafter "the Legislation in force").

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you consider that we do not comply with the applicable regulations regarding personal data.

As the controller of your personal data, La Pèlerine wishes to respond to your concerns regarding the confidentiality of the information that you transmit to us by all means of communication, in particular: website(s) published and operated by La Pèlerine, chat, telephone communications, appointments in agency with our advisors (hereinafter "the Communication Channels") in order to offer you our products and services.

We may obtain information about you from other sources. For example, we may request a third-party supplier or collector to provide us with additional information about our existing customers (the addition of data or "data appending"), in particular information from your profile or your publications on a third-party social network.

We may also collect information appearing on your profile of a third-party social network (in particular Facebook) if you authorize the third-party social network to communicate it to us or if you put it online publicly. This information may include general account information (e.g., name, email address, profile picture, gender, date of birth, current city, username, friends list, etc.) and any other information or activity that you authorize to be shared with us via the third party social network that you publicly post on your profile.
